Hello everyone.
Do any of you know of some good boxing/mma type instructional videos and workouts? Maybe a YouTube channel or something that gives tips on form and rep schemes and the like?

can you just join a club? it's nicer to do it with people. Otherwise, I think there's some sort of MMA workout thingy I've seen advertised on those shopping network channels - looked OK in terms of that's what we do when we warm up and has your basic kicks and stuff.

I'd love to join a club. But at the moment I'm a student working out in my garage. Just looking to switch it up!

I have a heavy bag in my garage and downloaded Bas Rutten's boxing and mma workouts. They are pretty decent.

Tapout XT is fun.... and I even like Les Mills Combat or cardio kickboxing.
  • FWIW, learn proper technique and then create your own routines. You may find its easier to push a bit harder. Also, hand wraps and 16 oz. gloves (NOT Everlast).
