arm flub

I hate that underarm baggage,,I need a good excerise to build that flab from fat to muscle without going to any extreme.. Help !!

    I know its everyone's least favorite exercise (they are the bane of my existence) but do some pushups.

    Tricep dips - they suck A LOT, but they are worth it in the end!

    yep! Triceps! but working your whole arm would be beneficial..

    Sorry girl... there's no way to spot reduce. If it's fat, the only way to lose it is to lose body weight. Push-ups will help you build muscle under the fat though, so that when you shed the weight you have a nice toned arm to show off. You could also try some work with dumbbells, body bars or if you have access to a gym, there are a lot of machines to target the arms.
