Recovering from surgery

Hi folks.

Have had major back surgery and have been confined to the home with no exercise for four months. And of course have not been able to exercise for about six months due to my condition.

I now need to really get a grip of things and shed the pounds.

Want to get back to exercise over the next few months but have to halt the weight gain by looking at what I eat.

    Hello I had back the fusion surgery on 5/5 and would love to know how you got back into shape. Right now my medication have my weight up an down like a roller coaster. Need help!! Would love some motivation!!
