Finally making a change!

Hey, I'm Jo.

I am about two weeks into my attempt to change my life and so far it's been amazing. I started my journey on September 13, 2016 at 230lbs. I am 5'6" and 29 years old. Today (22nd) I weighed myself and saw 220 for the first time in a very very long time.

MyFitnessPal has me eating 1600 calories but I usually average about 1500. I work a job on my feet with lots of walking (20,000+ steps just at work) and some light cleaning. I do not eat my calories back after exercise.

I can't believe how amazing this has been for me. I'm so excited to get to my goal of 140lbs with this community.
