Here I go again. I'm new to this site.

I've been on a weigh loss journey for over a year. I've lost 18 lbs. I am so bad at tracking stuff. I do great at the beginning but then slack off just like I do with exercise. For the most part I do good with my eating and I measure a lot of my food. I hoping that this is something I can stick with because I need to.
