OKay , so i'm starting the 30 day shred tomorrow. I've had it for a while and reached day 3 of level 1. Not that good i know , here's why i'm starting it again!
Well , i was just wondering how i do the days? Do i do 3 a week or do i do them one day after another? Also , do i do 10 days of level three , 10 of 2 and 10 of 1 or do i do levels 1 , 2 and 3 one after another for 30 days?
Sorry of this question is hard to understand , i'm just really confused!
if any of you guys have tried it and have before and afters , could you please post them so i can see ? I really need som real motivation! Thanks xx

I did 10 days of level 1, and then 10 of 2, and then 10 of 3. I took rest days, but I still did 10 workouts for each level. I just finished on Friday and I lost 6 pounds and 15 inches.0

I do it almost every day. I take a rest day when I'm sore or tired. I started out planning to do 10 days of each level. I am debating right now whether to move on to level 3 or do a few more days at level 2. I think I will try level 3 and see how it goes. Jillian says "when you're ready, move on to the next level" so you can be as flexible as you want with it and move on/ up/down/back/forth as needed.
It will end up taking me more than 30 days to complete it because of rest days. But it's still 30 days of the work out.....it'll probably be 35-40 calendar days, because I also kept my regular work out routine and added this, rather than doing just 30ds.
Good luck....0 -
I have started this 2 times...and never finished Level 1. I have also taken 'before' pics but no after pics. However, you WILL get results..toning and inches will be lost. The last time I started it I was going for consecutive days, previously, every other day, like 3x week. If I do it again, I will go every other as I think (for me anyway) the muscles need a day off to rest and recover. It's different for everyone. No matter how you do it tho, you will see and feel a difference....in a very good way! Depending on your current fitness level it will either be easy or hard....but just keep going and modify if you have to. Within a week you will have physical improvements! good luck!0

You do them everyday level one for ten days ,level two for ten days ,level three for ten days. i'm going on my 6th day on level one and have already seen some definite results as far as muscle tone and lost inches go  hope this helps!:happy:0

It's every day for 30 days. Well, if you can. I missed a couple days and had to make them up.
Most people do 10 days each level. But you can move up at your own pace too. Personally, I liked 10 days each level because it pushed me to move up and I didn't get as bored.
I don't have any before/after pics but about 7-10 to days in I started noticing my biceps. When you are done (and you WILL finish this time!!), go back and do Level 1 and you will be amazed in the difference. I lost about 2" off my hips and 2" off my thighs. It definitely works if you do!
Good luck!0 -

When I'm sore, moving is the best way to alleviate it!
Honestly, Level 3 is way better than Level 2. When I was starting a lot of people were saying how Level 2 was hard but when you get to 3 it's easier and more fun. I couldn't agree more. Level 3 was my favorite. I didn't even put my own music on during that one like I did the other ones.0 -

I just started on Thursday. I have done 4 consecutive days, but I have to take a rest day tomorrow because of my schedule. I will take longer than 10 days to move to level 2, just because I won't move until I am doing level 1 without overexerting myself. I still have to take a few second breaks here and there to catch my breath and I am not doing the lunges and squats as deeply as I should. I am going to get to the point of full and perfect execution before I move on. This morning with having done it for three days before this mornings workout I had already lost two pounds!0

Oh wow !! I haven't even watched level 2 or 3 , they look too daunting! I'm definatley going to start it tomorrow , going to take my measurements and it's weigh in day anyway. I'm going to complete the full 30 , just going to push myself! x0

i've restarted twice, but i'm officially on my second day. level 1 is kind'a hard for me, so i can't even imagine level 2 and level 3. but i'm determined! i'm going to do each level for ten days, or until it isn't as hard for me. however you decide to do it, good luck!0

I am on Day 2 of Level 2. I do them everyday. I did miss one day so I did it twice the next day lol.
I didn't love Level 1. The jumping around was painful on my bad knees BUT I got results in just the first week! So far I'm really liking level 2 because the plank stuff is new to me and I can really really feel it all over my body.0 -
That's good to know! I have never approached 30 day shred as a system to complete in 30 days - I just use it for my training on the weekends because my gym is closed and I like to work out most days. It got to where level 1 was too easy, so I moved to level 2 but I haven't gotten to a point where I can make it all the way through without pausing to catch my breath, so I never moved to level 3. Maybe I should try it out! Those v raises with the chair squats KILL me everytime!0
