Does any one know a low cal way to cook trout?

    Options
    Broil with lemmon and bell peppers sliced over top.

    Or, you can boil it in a variety of vegetable wraps, but I find those gross.

    Use I cant believe its not butter, spray pan with that then place fish cover with tin foil and bake or cook on the grill..

    In a pan, lightly oiled, put filets. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt and pepper. Then slice lemon and lay on top covering as much as possible. Then bake 350 for 15ish minutes.
