Hello everybody!! I am 23 years old and from Washington! I am the heaviest I have ever been. I want to loose weight not just for vanity reasons, but my health as well. I want to learn better/healthier habits for myself, and I feel like MFP will help me with that!
I would love to meet and chat with people so we can support each other and help eachother reach our goals!
