Hi! My name is Crystal and I just had a breast reduction. This year I've lost about 30 lbs and have about 25 more I would like to loose. 
I'm so excited my sister showed me this website. It seems to have everything I need to stay motivated and really make the weight come off. I'm following my dr's orders but am super stoked that I can track everything on here. Hooray internet and I'm thankful for Myfitnesspal.com!
