Hi I'm looking to eat healthy and not lose weight! Any good meal plan ideas? Like a typical breakfast lunch dinner and snacks? Thanks!

Have a look on my diary for a little inspiration I've been trying to eat healthy and clean since the beginning of this year and I recently just reset my goals after being a little lapse in using MFP and wanting to maintain and not lose anymore! Hope you find something that works for you.

What is your idea of healthy eating? What have you been eating up till now? The best idea for a meal plan is to make your own, based on your own needs and preferences.

@paddyryan355 To see the diaries of the above people, click on their names and then on "view diary."

Your diary is set to open right now. Lots of people keep their diaries closed. Most keep theirs open to "friends."

Healthy eating is a vague term that will mean different things to different people. What you want to do is meet your body's nutritional needs. Your body needs things like protein, fats, vitamins, minerals, fiber, water. Different foods provide different nutrients. Look at the specific nutrients the foods you are eating have as well as your whole diet to see if you are getting what you need.

You can start improving your diet by meeting the protein goal MFP recommends for you and adding more vegetables and fruits to your diet. Try eating whole grains.
