I am using walking video that is 4 miles in 55 minutes and also using hand weights through whole workout how should i log this do not want to be logging wrong thanks for any help

The hand weights are just fine for toning and burning a few more calories cardio wise
Most women can't use 20 or 30 pound "hand weights"0
