Calling all those who have logged breastfeeding!

How did untouched do it? When I add "breastfeeding, -500 cals" to my log it doesn't change anything at all. So I added in manually 500 cal to my goal calories, but then do I need to add it under exercise instead? What would you do?

Pick one of those three methods (not two or three of them --you'd be double or triple counting). Adjusting your goal calories (since it's something you're going to be doing regularly every day for months, presumably) seems like the easiest approach to me, rather than logging it as exercise or negative food calories every day.0

When they released an app update a while back the negative calorie method stopped working on it. It still works if you look at your diary in the browser, just not on the app.
That said, I just set my calorie goal to maintenance and let breastfeeding be my deficit.0 -
Just pick one. I log it as exercise because I am starting the process of weaning, so it lets me start tapering down how many calories I add for it.0
