yep , summer was a disaster. Back on track as of last week. My plan , eat healthy, ditch bathroom scales and use kitchen scales every day. weigh the food not the person :)

I'm in the same boat.....this summer was a HUGE disaster!

My diet was horrible and the extra calories added up to a larger waist line and no clothes that fit!

I have just started logging again and will have to get in the gym.

    Good luck guys!

I need to start back but when I put in my information it tells me 1200 calories but like 150 g of carbs that just is a lot of carbs
I just wondered if people who are successful change that or just follow the calorie part?

Yep! Getting back on track. I hit my goal last summer and was maintaining. But..i got lazy and stopped logging and exercising. Ive since then gained about 10 lbs. Ugh!!

@jojov62 I go to a calorie calculator and estimate it that way. I think they give too little calories on here.

Good to see more people getting back on track! Things were going well for me last winter, on the way to hit my goal (ok, only 14 or 40 lbs gone, but still... ) but after getting a foot injury, my diet, exercise and food logging went down the drain. Back at it now! On a two-day streak so far...
