What do you eat on the go?

Lately I've been on the road a ton. I'm almost never home! Finding it hard to grab quick foods that don't make me feel guilty later. Any healthy travellers with some advice for me?

Can you pack a small cooler with an ice pack in the morning? Yogurt, nuts, protein bars, cottage cheese, salads, etc? PB&J on Ezekial wouldn't need to be cold with some cooked green beans maybe.

I usually try to bring protein bars and fruit but I can't always make it back home to pack snacks :/ Investing in a small cooler might be a good idea though!

I am 12 h shift and I usually buy fruits, vegetables, even canned fish to eat. I don't care what anybody says. They can laugh but in the end they are the 200 kg fat lazy *kitten*.

Smoothies! I freeze fruits and vegetables that I like and in the morning I just toss them in the blender and in less than 5 minutes I have breakfast on the go. It makes me full longer also. I prep my snacks to stop me from eating junk foods. My favourite snacks are grapes, banana, greek yoghurt, hard boiled egg and celery. I put them in a small container/bag and I make sure they are readily available in case I get "hangry" especially after intense workout.

Soylent makes it easy to get complete nutrition while on the road. I was just on a business trip and took a weeks worth of 1.6 powder along with me and pocketed my per diem.
