In Need of a push

I have been working out solid for a little over a month now. I have lost 6lbs with 74lbs to go. This is the first week I woke up with the dread of exercising. I dont understand as I know it feels great. I tried to pump myself up mentally but I feel defeated today. I did my workout and will continue to push but is this normal?? Any Advise??

    Completely normal! I still feel that way some days. I tend to feel that way if I haven't been eating well. Make sure you are giving your body enough rest time. An overworked body is not a happy one :) Keep going.....it really does feel awesome when you reach your goals little by little. The fact that you did your workout probably proves that you are changing mentally too :)
  • I feel the same way some days, but like you I push through it because I know afterwards I am going to feel so good. The guilt of not doing it is worse than the urge to skip it. Stay strong, you can do it!
