Losing 0.5 - 0.2 kg a week seems very slow. How do I be patient on this.

    Be thankful you are losing and not gaining, it's all about perspective.

    It's only been about 2 weeks though.

    2 weeks? this is a long road you have ahead of you, like for the rest of your life.. this does not have and end, only the first goal does and then you set the next one..

    Any loss is a good loss. I understand that you are just starting this effort, but try to think long term.

    Think in perspective. After 6 months you can be 12kg slimmer. Or not. Or even havier. :)
