Calories/workout days

Hi just wondering what everyone does on workout days vrs days off... I workout 5-6 days a week 60-90 minutes weight training and hiit cardio ... I'm wondering if my caloric intake should be different on those workout days , I'm trying to loose fat gain muscle . Hope this makes sense thanks

Negative. Unless it's easier for you or you find you need more energy those days.
Personally, I keep it all the same every day.1 -
