Hi Peeps,
I am getting started on my weight loss journey for what feels like the 100th time... Every time, I either give up, or lose weight and gain it back.
I am now at my heaviest, (about 170lb) for 6"2'...

Hi :]
First of all - Ask yourself what made you 'give up' the other times. Were you hungry all the time? Did you feel deprived? Was it unsustainable? There is no point starting again unless you address and solve the issues with the other attempts. You can do this, we'll support you here!0
