YOU CAN DOOOO IT!

Woohoo after my first month on MFP, I'm down 10 lbs and 3 inches from my waist! I'm also .5 away from a healthy BMI range. I went from a little newbie at my gym to a early morning regular on CHAMP MODE jogging 3 miles on the treadmill (who can occasionally be spotted in the weight room)!

I could eat better, but PORTION SIZE is my biggest piece of advice to my fellow sugary treat addicts. It takes time :blushing:

ANYWAYS, I'm writing this post to tell anyone who clicked this that YOU CAN DOOOO IT! The below picture describes my biggest hurdle (MY MIND)...
