Sweet n' Sour Veggie Pita/Wrap

1/2 Pita or whole flatbread
1/2 c baby bella mushrooms sliced
10 thin slices Green Bell pepper
10 thin slices red bell pepper
1 tbs sliced red onion
2 tbs unsweetened pineapple tidbits
2 tbs La Choy sweet n sour sauce
Boca meatless burger patty Original Vegan or American Flamed Grilled
Microwave boca patty for 1 minute. cut in 1/2 inch cubes
Place Veggies, Pineapple, sweet n sour sauce, and Boca patty in a microwave safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes,just till veggies are tender.
Warm Pita or Flat bread
Fill and eat
Total calories 250 carbs 44 Fat 1 Fiber 6 Protein 17 sugar 16
