Healthy weight range for 6' is 136-184 lbs. As you are only 15 lbs overweight the recommended rate of loss is usually .5 lb a week. It will probably take 2 + years to get to the absolute lowest healthy weight in a safe manner.
What do you mean by transform? Getting to a very low weight is not always the best way to change how you look and some things will not change because you are built a certain way.

It's all dependent on your effort, consistency and calorie modulation. There is no "absolute formula" or "timetable". Goal weight is also not a great target. It's understandable to shoot for one, but depending on your goals, you may never hit you you set out for... and that's not bad. It's just needlessly frustrating to focus on such an arbitrary number.

Align your caloric goals to fit your body and activity with .5-1 lb. Weight loss per week, be consistent and be PATIENT. It'll come, promise.

It's great that you want to make changes. Consider transforming your expectations & mindset. In addition to to concerns mentioned above about your weightloss goals, it also seems unrealistic to think you will exercise 7 days a week. Everyone, including elite athletes, needs rest days. You need to read the info on this site about how to plan, implement, and sustain a healthy transformation.

I'd say a year to "transform" -- but that doesn't necessarily mean reaching your goal weight -- just to make a significant change to mind and body. Be patient.

It says height 6" so I am wondering if it was supposed to be 5'-6" or something like that. Anyhow, If you truly need to lose in the range of 60-70 pounds, I would give yourself at least a year. I will reiterate that goal weight doesn't always become your final transformation. It depends on your goals. It took me a year to lose 50 pounds and 4+ years to build my current physique.

You're going to want rest days in there. Working out 7 days a week is going to yield quick results in the short-term; diminishing results in the longer-term; and you'll burn out in the long-term. To use a cliche, it's about the journey, not about the destination.

130 pounds at your height would be underweight. Health and weight chart.

Also, there is no reason to exercise 7 days a week. Rest is important. In fact, exercise is not necessary to weight loss, though it has other great benefits and you can eat more when you exercise because you eat a portion of your exercise calories back.

    Good eye!

    If it's 5 ft 6, then 130 is a fine weight range. :)

I'm currently working on a body recomposition while losing my last 20lb. I've been advised to lose max 0.5lb a week and to expect a real recomp to take me up to a year.

I agree 130 is too low for someone 6' tall. Best advice- adjust your goals and be patient with the process.

Please reconsider that 130 pounds because it is way too low.

I will. Thanks for the advice. I do need to read more on the forums, because 7 days a week of execising kills my joints.

The only pain you should feel from exercise is muscle soreness afterwards. If you have joint pain you are exercising too much or with improper form (or both). Especially at your young age this is distressing, you are only 23 your joints should not be hurting with normal exercise- you could be causing long term damage. Please seek the help of a professional like a personal trainer or someone in sports medicine.

140 is the absolute least you should weigh for your height, and that is only if you have a very small frame (thin bones, small joints). First try for 180, see how you look/feel, then decide if you'd like to lose a little more. 160-165 is an average healthy weight for your height.

That right there tells you that 7 days a week is not good.

The good news is that with your height you really do not have a lot to lose.

    Think healthy, long term, sustainable.
