Of course im blaming my job cause experts say you never take the blame at first, buut i am. If im home all day i always am mindful of munching and doing exercise. NOW i have this job where i work out my car so whatever i take for lunch gets either too hot, or too cold. Resorting me to go to a fast food place almost every day for a fresh meal

Have you looked into an insulated lunch box/container or a small cooler with ice packs? You can pack almost anything in them.

Cooler for cold things (sandwich, salad, pasta salad, fruit, drinks). Thermos for hot things (soup, coffee).

This is not the first time I've seen a thread like this. I did not realize that there were that many people who had never used a thermos or ice pack. I don't remember when ice packs became common in stores but lunchboxes in the 80s always came with thermoses.
