I'm striving for a "short" term goal of 200. My ideal weight for myself is around 145-150. That's what I weighed when I was thinner, and while it's still considered overweight for my height, it's the weight I felt I looked best at.

    5'4" and started at 290.6. Currently 249.1.

My long term goal is around 150, but once I get closer and see how I feel.....150 isn't set in stone

    10% body fat

Currently that will mean body weight of 145. Eventual goal is 10% and 155lb at 5'7. My current weight is 151.

I lost 76 pounds and maintained at 157 for over a year but then did a 15 mile run and gained 10 pounds of muscle and noodles from my training. It's definitely harder the second time. I used weight watchers the first time but am struggling to see calories rather than points.

I feel like this 10 pounds is harder to lose than any other. I look fine, I'm healthy, and I'm ok with how I look. I just have a ton of jeans that don't fit now. I don't want be ok with each 10 pounds I gain back. I know eventually it will be multiple 10 pounds if I don't lose it now.

I was down to 185 but the suffered a few setback's, broke both big toes (at different times) playing sand soccer, injured my Achilles heel and a hip injury. Getting old is hard business but it beats the alternative and I don't plan on being graceful or quiet about it.

I've just raised my maintenance goal range up 4lbs. I've gained muscle while maintaining but chosen to add size rather than get leaner.
    Currently 168lbs @ 5'9"

Curiously I'm finding this new level easier to maintain and my gym performance has improved markedly.

Started by training for 10k in Jan 2016 and have kept going. Now training for 10k on 1/15/17 and half marathon on 1/16/17. Just recently added bodyweight home workouts and that is making the difference

    GW 170-176 (just changed)

176 was my original goal as that was my "best" weight at my most fit, about 30 years ago. Things have changed a bit :s and now that I'm back close to that weight, it seems I may go a bit lower. Exercise routine is a mix of strength training, calisthenics and cardio. Diet - just posted a thread elsewhere about that.
