Hi all
13 weeks to Xmas. Anyone fancy a 12 week challenge? Either aim for a 1 or 2 pound weekly weight loss. This will help you lose at least 1 or 2 dress sizes in time for Xmas.
3500 calories deficit a week is 1lb. Done either by diet, combining the 2 or just burning those calories each week. Your choice.
We can support each other during the week.
Weigh in each Sunday. Next weigh in 10/02/16 or 02/10/16.
Add you target below copy and pasting each challenger to the list each weigh in.

Hopefully others will join us. If not we will do this. Can't wait to fit in to a little black dress.

I will be exercising and cutting back on carbs this week after stuffing myself today.0 -
Today started off great and ended well...I was able to go to the gym and a little hike...:) However, it was my day off...:)) I just started crossfit and I'm really enjoying it...:)0

Hi, My name is Birdie and I would like to join this challenge. I would like to loose 24 lbs by the end of 12 weeks. I will begin tomorrow, September 28th. My goals are to follow diet, join gym and attend 3 times a week, walk everyday, 30 minutes, and do other activities when I can.1

Hi all
The week is not going bad so far.
I have managed to exercise 3 days. Gym and classes and have walked 30 minutes a day in between. May have had a few too many carbs one day1 -
This looks like a challenge that I'm doing with some friends. Great stuff!1

Hey Everyone
So this week went pretty good...I had a few slips but everything in moderation...:) I had a great 6km run this morning. I find it easier to stay on track when I've run or gone to the gym in the morning.
I"m down 2lbs so I'm pretty excited!!! Hope everyone has a fantastic week!!

Sorry. Forgot to add yesterday. Lots been going on. I'm pleased though as a loss. Managed to exercise 4 days. Good luck for next week.
I would love to train am but don't have the time at present as doing extra hours at work.
So will have to make it count tonight.
