okay so this little thing may be the greatest idea ever for a health snack but i cant get the super tool to twist open the pop!!! has this happened to you??? what do i do? the super tool isnt connecting to the stick and they are soo stuck in there

    Yup. The inside of the thing has to be BONE DRY when you put it in the freezer, otherwise you will have this problem. It's really aggravating- enough so that I returned it and just bought regular pop makers.

    Pretty much, your best bet is to just leave it out for 10-20 minutes and let the pops melt a bit.

    its the first time i ever used it, it was dry :( i may have overfilled it though
    why isnt the super tool twisting around it :(
