SAY "NO" TO LATE NIGHT SNACKING -- OCTOBER 2016 CHALLENGE

Late night snacking is fine as long as you're still within your deficit. It doesn't matter when you eat as long as you're not going over.
On the weekends sometimes I go over in the middle of the night and count it as breakfast the next day if i know I'm going to be sleeping in until mid day. I'm still losing.0 -

Clearly this challenge isn't for you. I hope you find group that's as much of a help and encouragement to you as this group has been to me.
Though you've probably moved on, I'll share that LNS has been a life-long a problem for me. It's not the math, but the trigger LNS can become. Weight loss (for me, anyway) is less math and logic than understanding the guy in the mirror and controlling his impulses.
Good luck on your journey.5 -

This challenge is a great motivator for me. LNS has been my downfall for years. I would stay in goals all day and give in at night. Even if I had cal left I would go over snacking. Thank you all.
Oct goal no snacking after 9:30 pm (was 10 for Sept).

Are you all eating enough during the day? Maybe you're just not eating enough & still hungry?1

I’m in! Late night snacking has been a major problem for me during my weight loss. I’ve lost over 100lbs, but LNS has definitely slowed my progress at times. I stay up really late, so my goal is to not eat anything after midnight.
I’ll start tonight and begin updating my progress tomorrow. Good luck to everyone.
