Went from <80 to 85 by eating 3,800 kcal. Now i want to get to 88 so i put it into the goals and it set my calories to 3,650. Why would i eat less calories to continue gaining weight?
Possible reason for this may be i also changed setting from gain 0.5 kg to 0.25 per week.

Ya think your right ha
Set it back to 0.5 and it'd gone to 3,900. Big daily difference for .25 a week !0 -
A 250 calorie difference a day is approximately equal to 0.5lbs.0
