First week training and eating healthy again and I can already feel the difference. I'm feeling less sluggish and all round happier. Averaging with 20 mins of exercise every day and even went for an hour and a half bike ride in a country park trail on Sunday.
Getting into the routine now, so no excuses not to stick by it
