Walked 22 minutes 10/3. I need to make my route longer but this was the first time I walked this way. My garmin says I have 7663 steps today3

After a winter with 3 bouts of bronchitis and pneumonia I'm finally able to get out and walk - this is great timing!
Goal this month is to do more than 7,000 steps a day, or 217,000 for the month.

I had set a goal of 6 miles this week. With all the work we did yesterday my tracker had me at just over 6 yesterday! So I obviously am not done for the week. So I will see what I can do this week with a full work week and try to match it next week.2
