Free weight program

Anyone have a great free weight program for a relative beginner that works the whole body? My gym doesn't have a barbell, which seems critical to the stronglifts exercises (barbell squats, deadlifts, etc.) and googling wasn't very productive. Thanks!

I believe there are some dumbbell programs there.
You can also do bodyweight programs as well.3 -

I just recently read Tom Venuto's book Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. I've been using his full body workout for a month. Here is the link to it. He claims you can do it in 45 minutes but I generally need an hour to get it in.
