    Extra Strong Coffee and lotsa water, lemon juice, lotsa raw vegies, vinegar, no white flour or sugar, whole grains...these things help me stay regular and keep things moving...Hope that helps!!

    I know that coffee helps "move" things along for me as does eating a ton of fruit. I'm talking 1 c. blueberries, 1 c. strawberries, a banana (or 2), a peach and some watermelon. I that that is a ton, but it always helps. (DId I mention that I could survive on a complete fruit diet?)

    Sounds like maybe too much ruffage (fruits) and also too much protein can cause blockage. My guy friend is a bodybuilder and that always happens to him when he is shredding for a competition. If you cant afford a DRs appointment go to a pharmacy and talk to a pharmacist. They will be able to recommend what you should do.
