Hi everyone, I recently started running again, well to be honest more of a jog at the moment lol, so I'm getting my cardio back up but I was looking for a simple, cost effective way to tone without going to the gym or investing in some of the fancy shmancy sets I've seen for home workouts. I came across this toning station at the store and it's $20 which is in my price range and I'm wondering if anyone here has tried it and if they liked it?

Thanks!

The name 'Toning Station' immediately turned me off, but looking at it online, it seems reasonable. It's resistance bands which aren't bad, although I can't say I've used them with the same effectiveness as free weights. I'd get it if I had no gym available and probably just trade out some heavier bands for my lower body.

Well I went ahead and bought it, figured I'd try it out and could return it if it's junk but I actually quite like it. The way it fits around the door is a bit odd but it does stay. The down side is the resistance bands are not all that heavy which is good for me now since I'm just starting to tone again but eventually I will need to get something else. For $20 bucks though I'm happy I got it.

Cool. Resistance bands aren't terrible expensive and sometimes come in a set of varying resistance. I used to have some for when I traveled, but I never go anywhere so I gave them away.
