Hey everyone, my name is Christina and I am 20 years old. I have struggled with my weight for almost my entire life. As the years go on I continue to gain more and more weight. Currently, I weigh the most I ever have, 280 pounds. My goal is to get to a weight where Im healthy, feel and look great! I struggle with anxiety and depression so emotional eating is definitely a problem. Binging also plays a key role in my weight problem. About two years ago I used this app and I lost 30 pounds! For some reason I got discouraged the process wasn't happening faster and I gained all the weight back (and more). Aside from being an emotional eater, being a college student definitely makes it hard to make healthy decisions. Im looking for people who would like to join me on this lifestyle change! Support is key in any weight loss journey. If anyone is interested in helping each other out feel free to add me!!! Thank you and good luck to you all!

Hey and welcome.
I'm 24 years old, a mom to 1 Kindergartener. I'm at 241 at 5'4. I'm also an emotional eater as well as I eat out of boredom.
We both know how we gained weight. And I know the feeling of being impatient with the process as well as feeling overwhelmed. Being 241 feels like damn, I am SO FAR from healthy.
But the fact of the matter is, we need to stop looking at it as if there's a finish line. Its good to have goal weight but just for reference. I'm done rushing it, if I do I'll quit and gain it back. I rather take 2 to 3 years of getting healthy and learning to live better rather than keep wishing and trying and quitting.
Be good to yourself and love yourself enough to know and learn that its going to take time.

Hi Christina! Way to take the step to reach out to the community! I'm Kelly, and I'm turning 24 this month. I just graduated college, so I know how hard it can be to live an active lifestyle (an already difficult change) while also balancing, sleep, studying and friends! My current goal is to try to lose 20 lbs - I've always had a hard time losing weight, so I figured this would be a good start. Your success using the app is encouraging to me.
