Depends on a wide variety of factors like size and ingredients. You could possibly make a homemade burger for 250 calories and have a serving of fries.2

Yes I presume 20 fries and my half of burger I may go over by 20 calories but I am on a 1300 calorie intake right now. I think it's ok with some water. Thank you0

Eat the burger & lose the bun, or the bottom bun only. Substitute coleslaw for fries!4

You could also enjoy your burger and fries, and cut back on something tomorrow by however many calories you go over. If I want a dish of ice cream, I'll go light on lunch or snacks the next day.4

Hahaha.
Yes, OP, you can have 49% of your usual amount of fries
Taking into account I do not know what your usual amount is or what size burger is or what is in it.
Oh and that 90% of statistics are made up on the spot and that this one was not in the other 10%.
And,seriously, 20 calories over allowance one day really does not matter anyway.

Someone posted a pic on instagram that I really like. It's a cheeseburger salad. Lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, real bacon bits or cooked bacon, 2% cheddar, hamburger patty and thousand island. I make my own with light mayo, chili sauce, garlic powder and diced sweet pickle.
As far as fries, normally 3 oz of crinkle cut frozen fries baked or air fried are 140 calories.0 -
It depends on the burger. And the fries. Add the ingredients and count the calories.0

OMG I am going to try this!1 -
You MIGHT consider simply enjoying the burger without the bun. One example is a lettuce wrapped burger. Depending on the amount of burger and any condiments, you might already be pushing your calories.
Also consider what's most important to you, food wise. I know people who LOVE and swear by fries. They HAVE to have it. I on the other hand can fill up on a lettuce wrapped burgers with bacon, condiments, pickles, peppers, tomatoes, etc. and be so full that the fries aren't necessary.
Whatever route you go, make sure you can live with it once you hit those calories.0 -
Like a mcdonalds little burger or like a giant pub burger? What kind of fries? Curly, shoestring, the big fat ones? What's on the burger? Do you eat ketchup with your fries or tarter sauce or fry sauce? Chili cheese fries? What are we talking about here?1

this sounds like one of those word problems i was always getting in middle school math. "if john has twelve rabbits, and he gives half to peter, how many iguanas will joe want to keep in the bathtub tonight?"

Insufficient data to properly answer the question.
But when in doubt I always go with 42.2 -
I wouldn't even consider a burger and fries if I only had 408 calories unless I wanted to be hungry an hour later.1

I occasionally have a meal consisting of a veggie burger (around 200 calories), in a small bun (around 150 calories) with a small portion of oven baked sweet potato wedges with spray oil and spices (approx 150 cals). Then depending on how many calories I have left for the day I will decide on extras and condiments.0
