    Starting weight: 154.3
    Current weight: 154.3
    Goal weight for October: 147.7
    Ultimate goal: 110

    October 1: 154.3
    October 7: 150.4 - I am using a different weight scale from now on, so I don't know for sure if it's weight loss or the fact that it's a new weight scale! I have lost a few centimeters though! I'll know next week!

    It's not really about time of day
    It's more keeping the time and place the same each week, as well as what you wearing
    I for example, weigh first thing on a morning when I wake up, after I've used the toilet, and before I've had anything to eat or drink and in my birthday suit lol

    Pick a day and time, and that will be your weekly weigh in
    In the same place and the same time wearing the same outfit (or no outfit of that's what you chose) x

    I been exercising everyday..and really counting my calories..i am on a mission girl!! Lol
