I've been serious about my fitness for a little over 2 years after having been fat and lazy most of my adult life. I've lost about 40 pounds total, and I would estimate that I've lost around 50-55 pounds of fat while adding some muscle. My goal now is to bulk -- the first time in my adult life I'm intentionally putting on weight, and I don't know much about it. Plus my mind has a hard time grasping the concept of actually wanting to weight more. I'm 43 and located in the Dallas area. Feel free to add me!1

I log in daily to put my info in, comment when I can--honest and supportive, great listener too if you need to vent.
