                    Hello everyone! I'm starting a kick boxing class tomorrow morning. First time ever. Can someone give me pointers, it would be appreciated

            Have fun! I love kickboxing. Go at your own pace, especially if it's your first time. Don't want to injure yourself.2

            fun !! I do muay thai classes which is similar. Wear shorts or pants that are comfortable and stretchy to kick in. Bring a towel and water. As for footwear I do not know, our muay thai classes are barefoot. Not much more to add really, just listen to the trainers and keep your guard (hands) up ! They will show you technique and remember everyone learns differently so don't rush yourself with the basics.
