What's wrong with fat? I use butter, never margarine.8

Butter. It tastes better. My typical dose is a mere 6 grams, about 40 calories of pure bliss.1

Agreed, butter, never that fake butter....:)

I'd like to use my fat later in the day on salads Etc0

Margarine is garbage food for deviants. Let me point you to my avatar.

I love lurpack but go with the lighter version. It's 50 odd cals per 10g. A lot but when I cut it out I go back to it and put on again so I fit it in. A banana is nice on toast but it's a bit double carbs. I love peanut butter but it's not low cal. Honey is nice. Or egg mayo. Don't know if any are lower cal though.0

You could try part skim yogurt or cottage cheese?0

I like to rub a garlic clove on my toast (followed with cream cheese or butter though haha)0

Jam, honey, Marmite, cheese spread, .......1 -
Cream cheese or a small amount of peanut butter. Cheese spread. Cottage cheese.1

Those little triangles of laughing cow cheese1

Came in to suggest an egg, but jemhh beat me to it! Heh...
Whipped cream cheese, honey, jam..
Or maybe just get some of the flavored breads, like cinnamon or Pepperidge Farns caramel apple or something. Some of those are good on their own...
Although, how much butter are we talking? 1/2 tbsp of Kerrygold is about 5g of fat at the most...maybe you could reduce the amount of butter, or half butter, half honey?1 -
I sometimes use philly cream cheese instead of butter to keep calories down. But don't be afraid of fat, fat is good and is needed by your body.2

I can't think of anything I would put on toast that doesn't have any fat. I would just use less butter or cheese or whatever.
I guess there is honey, jam, mashed bannana, pureed fruit, mashed beans1 -
Spread on some laughing cow cheese. 35 calories per wedge. Low fat.2
