I weighed roughly 170lbs when i first began working out two years ago. I didn't become an avid gym enthusiast until roughly a year ago though. I went from 170lbs of fat to 138lbs of muscle. 34 waist to 27! My bench went from 175 to 260, Squat was 185 to 315 and deadlifts i just started doing and i'm at 395.

I'm 5'6 and at first I started with the conventional Flat Bench, Squat and Curls. I realized it wasn't working well, so I gave myself enough determination to go big. I went online and researched for a few days. Then came up with my very own first regiment. It was a lot of 5x5's and 4x10's. As I got stronger, I wanted more out of certain things and changed it up to some other workouts.0 -
