    First thing in the morning after using the bathroom.

    I weigh myself first thing in the morning around 5:30. It is one of my higher times for weight, my best time is around 10:00am.

    Thanks for posting this...I was beginning to wonder if I was nuts. I've found that I tend to weigh the least around 1030 - 11am when I'm doing my record weigh ins. You'd think first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom would be the best, but I've noticed that usually a few hours after waking up I'm a bit lower most days (especially if I haven't eaten anything, and think about weighing myself at that point). I was thinking it was weird. Maybe it's not so weird after all. :)
