    Went camping w/ my family for the weekend w/ no internet or cell service available. It was kinda nice to not be connected to the world for a few days . . . but now I'm back and plugged into the Matrix !!!


    *Saturday's Challenges:
    Cardio is complete (hiking for 2 hrs) and my motivational tip - "It took me (you) this long to put the weight on, so it's going to take some time to get rid of it ... be patient and stick with it - and you'll love the outcome !!"

    *Sunday's Challenges:
    I did not try any new fruit, but at least I had some . . . and I was under for my sodium.

    207 again this week. I'm just happy that I didn't gain weight. Had a rough weekend with visitors in town, always makes it tough to stick with my diet.

    Wellll we had a great week last week, not so much this week. My partner had her engagement party and I had the big 4th of July bash - amazing how 1 or 2 days can really screw it up for you.... ;( Its a new week now though and we are starting anew with positive attitudes!!

    My Week 3 weigh in for Just the Three of Us is 122.6. I lost 1.13% for the week. 1.76% overall.

    Tuesday complete! I was under calorie and drank 98 oz of water
    Wednesday complete! I drank 104 oz of water and modified an old recipe I haven't had since joining MFP
    Thursday complete! I was under calorie and did 20 strength because I still had last weeks challenges written down and went shopping and purchased a pair of shorts size 4. When I started I was wearing size 16.
    Friday complete! I was under calorie and drank 108 oz of water
    Saturday complete! I did 63 minutes of cardio. My tip is to plan what you are going to eat as much as possible including snacks. Don't let too much time go between eating. I have a pre planned snack within two hours after each meal. This way I do not get too hungry and just grab anything.
    Sunday- I was under calorie and drank 92 oz of water
    Good luck tomorrow everyone
    Monday complete! I was under calorie and did 68 minutes of cardio.
