Posted team 10s name on the other thread, but will post again. We are the sassy shrinkers. I weighed in yesterday too and posted a weight of 212.4 (down from 213.6). :-)
Also, suggestion for keeping us all on the same page. Edit your first post weekly with challenges so our requirements are always easy to find.0 -

For some reason MFP won't let me edit any of my posts, so I may put the challenges on another link or something, I don't know.
BUT: i have SUGGESTIONS FOR WEIGHING IN.
to make things easier for me, which would be excellent...
if,when you weigh-in, you state which team you are on, and perhaps your percentage lost, or have your team captain calculate the team's percentage, that'd be great.
this takes a lot of time, and i'd love any help.

Sorry team, no weight loss this week, still at 223. All of my exercise is starting to turn fat to muscle so I'm at one of those stages where the weight loss slows down, hopefully next week I'll have better results!0 -
