    oy only a .2 weight loss this week. i chalk it up to TOM and lack of energy to get the extra workouts in. sigh...

    Tuesdays challenge is complete for me, though I need to update my water intake.
    Since finding out I'm diabetic, I'm having a bigger challenge...finding foods that don't spike my blood sugar, and trying to get it down to where I need it. UGH!!
