Jeeze Louiseeeee haha. Just so you know, I'm not as creative as most, so they'll be similar every week (:
Tuesday:
Under Calories
10 cups of water
Wednesday:
3 mile challenge! this may be difficult.
3 miles of anything.
Thursday:
9 cups of water
20 minutes of strength training
Friday:
Message your teammates with a motivating quote :]
Under calories
Saturday:
30 minutes of cardio
10 glasses of water
Sunday:
12 glasses of water. WOAH MAN
Monday:
30 minutes of cardio

Anyway that you could post the weekly challenges on a separate tab in the spreadsheet?? I think that would be easier for some people to find. Also, a formula can be placed in the spreadsheet that will automatically calculate each team's % lost. It seems most people are reporting to you individually and it would end up being less work for you. Thanks for all the work you are doing for this, it really has me motivated!!!!!

Way to go teams! Today's challenge is complete!!
Here is a question for being under calories... We have our daily calorie goal....when we exercise it (MFP) gives us back some calories. Which one should we be under? Our daily calorie goal, or the calorie goal from our exercise added in? Either one doesn't matter to me, as I believe for the most part I'm always under my personal calorie goal of 1200 per day, without the exercise calories added back in. Hope this makes sense! LOL I can be very confusing at times! LOL

Here's my teams % & loss - Soooo far - still missing 1 as you can see - I'll post when I get it - unless she posts directly - though I haven't seen it yet
Did ok last week....not really as well as I could hope, but probably as well as expected given I was out of town all weekend for our anniversary - was a little hard to eat as well as usual... and no gym, just cuddle time ;-) not extreme exercise there. But I'm happy with a small loss and not a gain!

I figured out or teams total percentage by adding us all together in one to get the percentage. Is that correct? Or do we add each persons together? It makes a big difference each way.0
