    ok this might sound dumb but how do i figure out my percentage. I started out at 244 and weighted it at 241.6?

    Can someone please explain this to me. i feel like such a blonde!

    Well done! All that training really paid off!

    I would guess it would be (your previous weight minus you current weight)/your starting weight. Having said that, the spreadsheet it set up for teams so you don't need to do it.

    If Kirsten could put a formula in C7:

    (sum(b4:b6)-sum(c4:c6))/sum((b$4:b$6)

    Then copy and paste the formula under each team then we would just need to submit our weights,

    So, I WON'T be making a new thread every week unless it gets asked.

    I wasnt able to weigh in yesterday sorry for the delay.. New weight 261.2 a loss of 2.6 lbs from last week .99%... WTG Sassy Shrinkers.. AKA Team 10

    oy only a .2 weight loss this week. i chalk it up to TOM and lack of energy to get the extra workouts in. sigh...

    Weighting in at 203.2, down from 204.4 total loss of 1.2 lbs

    0.59% along with my teammates who loss 2 lbs for a
    0.74% --- combined total of 1.33% loss.

    Anyway that you could post the weekly challenges on a separate tab in the spreadsheet?? I think that would be easier for some people to find. Also, a formula can be placed in the spreadsheet that will automatically calculate each team's % lost. It seems most people are reporting to you individually and it would end up being less work for you. Thanks for all the work you are doing for this, it really has me motivated!!!!!

    Mondays Challenge:
    30 minutes of cardio - Done. Rode my bike to work, it's 10 miles each way.
    under calories - Should be pretty easy since I have bootcamp tonight after work. :-)

    Way to go teams! Today's challenge is complete!!

    Here is a question for being under calories... We have our daily calorie goal....when we exercise it (MFP) gives us back some calories. Which one should we be under? Our daily calorie goal, or the calorie goal from our exercise added in? Either one doesn't matter to me, as I believe for the most part I'm always under my personal calorie goal of 1200 per day, without the exercise calories added back in. Hope this makes sense! LOL I can be very confusing at times! LOL :)

    I thought today was rest and tomorrow we start. I am thinking the monday is for next week?

    I believe, since the weigh ins are "by Monday" that means the week runs Tuesday through Monday. That's the way I understand it
