    For the first time in a very long time, I got on the scale this morning and it said....145!!!! I am done! I did it. I am so happy about my weight lost.


    I think I am going to lose five more pounds!

      I can't wait for it to be my turn... I'm a little scared of the maintenance phase though... that is usually when I mess up.

      Its funny though, how you set a goal then reach it and still you want more. I am experiencing that... I'm not at my goal yet but as I near it I'm thinking I am not going to look and feel how I should at that weight and maybe I should adjust my goal.

      Congratulations :flowerforyou: This site is great to help you "maintain" too. There are a lot of fun groups to join to give you support and new ideas to "change it up" in your exercise routines, so you stay motivated. Look in the Motivation or Fitness tabs.
