I'm at 1230 but please add me if you like, I'm always looking for food ideas to fit in my day I haven't been faithfully logging the past week or so...the Hurricane Matthew had me busy with other things! BUT I am back on track now.2

You look super slim already, what is your overall fitness goal? I found that lifting is a great alternative (and more sustainable) to just cutting calories.3

@peaceout_aly Just because I am curious if you don't mind sharing, how many calories do you eat to maintain your current fitness and figure? I don't know how tall you are so its hard to guess but I'd guess like 2000 or so?0

I was on 1200 but have upped by about 100 (just so that I don't get mad at myself when I go over by 50 cals or something daft). Stats are: 29 years, 5ft3ins, current weight is 10 stone 5, first goal is 9,5 which I hope to reach by Christmas :-)1

Of course! Love making more MFP friends.
My goal is 1,400 x day (maintenance) + I usually burn 200-300 which I eat back putting me at an average of 1,600 x day. I do cardio for 20-minutes on upper body days only and usually lift (very heavy with less rest time between sets) for 60-minutes 5 x week. Since MFP overcalculates exercise burns, I usually put in the accurate elliptical time, but decrease my lift time when logging. That way when I eat back those calories I'm not eating way too much.
I aim to hit 115 grams of protein while staying under 100 grams of carbs and 40 grams of sugar.
If I don't eat back those calories, I lose weight. This is just the happy medium I found for myself. I can gain muscle and strength while losing fat. Let me know if you have questions about lifting or nutrition though. I'd be happy to help!0 -
