I have the hardest time trying to figure out what I actually want to eat. There is always so many options or I'm super indecisive. I want to know everyone's favorite meals. Breakfast; Lunch; Dinner; Desserts and Snacks

I LOVE oats for breakfast. Either as porridge or as a pancake. oats, berries (or apples or peaches/nectarines - depends on season), egg if pancake or almond milk + protein powder if porridge, plus a few other bits and bobs I stick in there.
my two lunches are generally lunch one a big salad with lots of coloured veg (my usual go to is grated carrot, capsicum of any colour and cucumber) some meatstuffs like chicken or tuna or ham and some bread made into croutons. my second lunch is after my workout and I'll generally make it a bit heftier with rice or pasta and meat and veg or salad.
Then dinner will be more meat and veg and rice generally or else I'll have breakfast for dinner if I feel like it.
Snacks I usually have fruit or plain greek yoghurt with honey or protein powder. depends on my macros and all that0 -
I'm super boring because I'm busy at school so I usually have a meal replacement shake on my way out the door and the same thing for lunch and dinner that I prepped on Sunday or Monday.
This week, I have salsa chicken from the crock pot along with some chopped up onions and peppers (fajita style but I "sautéed" them in chicken broth rather than oil) and a little bit of taco sauce and 2% shredded cheese on top. Pretty much a mini taco bowl.
I left about 350 calories to have a small coffee with cream if I need one as well as a snack when I get home tomorrow night if I need one (probably frozen grapes - I'm obsessed).
I'll do shredded meat a lot for meals cause it is easy and versatile (you can put it on a salad, you can put it on a bun, you can eat it plain!).0 -
I now do a monthly meal plan and cook freezer meals fortnightly for 2 adults which has saved us quite a bit of money. Previously we were spending between $170 - 230 a week on groceries and now it's $130-180 tops a month.
Hubby usually does cereal for brekky and I do brunch. It's Spring here so we are starting to eat a few more salads for lunch than usual e.g smoked salmon, chicken caesar or sweet potato salad. Sometimes we have frittatas to use up any left over veges. I make and freeze soup - this week it's Chicken and sweetcorn, roast beetroot, beef and veg and roast pumpkin, other lunch mains will be vege curry and spaghetti bolognese with spiralized zucchini. Dinner will be with veg so lambs fry, pork tenderloin, lemon chicken, and seafood laksa. Dessert is usually fruit and yoghurt, homemade fudge, homemade banana bread or snack pies - apple, lemon meringue etc. We have take out about once a month. While it has been in a pain in the butt spending a day cooking on the weekend, I do like the convenience of having a choice of 'grab n go' during the week.0 -
Breakfast- my goto breakfast is chicken breast, mushrooms, and egg whites covered with salsa although I prefer beef fajitas instead of the chicken.
Lunch - either tuna steaks or Cajun pan seared fish filets with roasted green beans and a few blackberries for desert.
Dinner - Just about any lean meat made into a stir fry with egg whites, brown rice, and quinoa on gym days. On non gym days it is usually a lean meat, mushrooms, and roasted asparagus.
Snacks - coffee flavored Greek yogurt mixed with chocolate whey, protein shake (with chocolate whey, PB2, and cashew milk [tastes like a Reese's]), fresh fruit, or beef jerkey0
