Delighted to join!! I've been saying to myself for several weeks now: "Come ON!! If you stopped late night snacking, that would be one HUGE thing to do for your health!" Great to know others struggle too, and are determined to get get the upperhand.
Goal: Not eat anything after dinner, except a cup of tea.5 -
I would like to join! This is my #1 problem. My goal would will be no snacking after dinnertime. I may try tea or something to help when I struggle.4

Or, try pre-logging a late-night snack so it fits into your calorie plan. Then you can still have a snack, but not ruin your calorie deficit.0 -

A streak of 300 is a huge milestone for me. I'm not doing everything right, but seeing persistent wins in this category is so encouraging! I don't think I'd gone a week - in my life - without LNS before this challenge.
When I happened across this challenge in early July (?) last year, LNS was daily life for me. I now realize it had long been a trigger for me. I'd intentionally "save some calories" for evening (when the rest of the house had gone to bed), then mindlessly graze through whatever was in the pantry! Then I'd beat myself up for it. (Guess how I'd "console" myself.) A night or two later - oblivious to the cycle - I'd replay the scenario.
I knew this was insanity, but thought I was the only one with this particular "screw loose." When I found this challenge and community, I recognized the cycle and saw I wasn't so unique.
I set my goals with room for life, but still requiring restraint. A few evenings a month, I allow for getting home late or a special event necessitating a late meal. I plan those and try to avoid leaving my eating to impulse. I think this has been the biggest change for me.
Hope that benefits someone else in our community.

There are teenagers in my house making triple-berry milkshakes.
But I'm not having one.
I'm having my lovely, pre-logged red wine.
...all thanks to this challenge.4
