    I try to eat nothing after 7pm .. but that darn Skinny Popcorn Crap gets me at times!! I am banning it from my house!

    I would like to join! This is my #1 problem. My goal would will be no snacking after dinnertime. I may try tea or something to help when I struggle.

    Goal: Eat no snacks outside of my calorie goal after dinner 6/7 nights per week. Pre-logged snacks are okay!

    Just keep at it. It takes time to break habits. :)

    Or, try pre-logging a late-night snack so it fits into your calorie plan. Then you can still have a snack, but not ruin your calorie deficit.

    But I'm not having one.
    I'm having my lovely, pre-logged red wine.
